Access to such information is restricted to those employees who are trained in the proper handling of client information and have a legitimate business need to access that information. We at Yoga Research Foundation Integral Yoga Center (“Integral Yoga Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) because we know that you care about how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection and use practices of Integral Yoga Center in connection with our services (the “Services”), which are made available to you through our yoga studio (“Location”) or online at IntegralYogaCenter.com (the “Site”).
By visiting our Location or Site and/or using our Services, or by permitting your child to use our Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Waiver and Customer Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Waiver and Customer Agreement.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information from you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.
When you sign up to become a customer at our physical Location or through our website, you will be asked to provide us with certain personal information. The personal information we collect may include the following:
Personal Information Provided by You. We collect names; phone numbers; email addresses; mailing addresses; usernames; passwords; contact preferences; contact or authentication data; billing addresses; debit/credit card numbers; and other similar information such as your date of birth and emergency contact information. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to this information as “Personal Information.” We do not collect any Personal Information from Customers under the age of 18 unless the User’s parent or legal guardian has first provided us with consent for that User to use the Services and disclose Personal Information to us. If you are a User under the age of 18, please do not send any Personal Information to us if we have not obtained prior consent from your parent or guardian. If we learn we have collected Personal Information from a User under the age of 18 without parental consent, or if we learn a Customer under the age of 18 has provided us Personal Information beyond what we request from him or her, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Your Contacts’ Information
When you sign up for the Integral Yoga Center Momence mobile app (“mobile app”), you may be asked if we may have permission to access your contact list from your phone. We will use this information in the event that you would like to use our Refer a Friend feature, take advantage of Guest Passes, or take part in our Social Sharing feature, which allows you to follow other Integral Yoga Center members, see their selected social media platforms, and view what mat space other members you follow have booked.
Location
We may request location permissions from our users in order to provide directions to our studio or make available geotagged images that members take and share while visiting the Integral Yoga Center. Access to location will only be made available while the mobile app is open and visible to the user.
Image & Video
If you have selected to turn on your social sharing feature, the mobile app will use the image you have uploaded as your profile picture, which will make the image viewable by all members and non-members using the app. If you do not wish to share your image via your profile, please turn off the social sharing feature.
How We Use Your Information
We may use your Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and the context of our relationship with you. We will use your Personal Information collected through a Location or the Site for the following purposes:
– To identify you when you sign in to your account;
– To respond to your requests and to provide you with the Services;
– To respond to your inquiries and contact you about changes at the Location and/or the Services;
– To send you notices (for example, in the form of e-mails, mailings, text messages, etc.) regarding products or services you are receiving, and for billing and collection purposes;
– To send you information we think you may find useful or that you have requested from us;

Examples include promotional mailings, database maintenance, hosting services and payment processing. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function, which may include Personal Information. We will exercise the utmost caution and security when providing this information in such cases.
If we, all or substantially all of our assets are acquired in the future, we expect that the information that we have collected, including Personal Information, would be transferred along with our other business assets.

We strive to help parents ensure that their kids have a safe experience using our Services. Parents or legal guardians can review any Personal Information collected about their child under 18 years of age, have this information deleted, request that there be no further collection or use of their child’s Personal Information, and/or allow for our collection and use of their child’s Personal Information while withholding consent for us to disclose it to third parties. We take steps to verify the identity of anyone requesting information about a child and to ensure that the person is in fact the child’s parent or legal guardian.

Important Notice to Customer Outside the U.S.
The Location and the Site and the Services are operated in the United States.
