– All class, workshop and event sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any yoga class purchases, including single classes, class packs, memberships, workshops or teacher trainings.

Class packs are non-refundable and cannot be extended or “frozen.

– We ask that you are mindful of our community members who are wait-listed to practice in person. Please cancel at the minimum of 12 hours prior to start time to avoid losing your class purchased.

– Payment and fees are due in full at the time of registration or class start time.

– All clients must keep a credit card with up-to-date billing info on their account. Membership auto-pays must be paid in full to keep the account in good standing, failure to do so will place your account on hold.

– 6 month and yearly unlimited can be “frozen” once for a period of up to 4 weeks.

– All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice.

ITEMS PURCHASED AT OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION MAY BE RETURNED IN UNUSED, UNOPENED, ORIGINAL CONDITION/PACKAGING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED ON JEWELRY, CRYSTALS OR FOOD ITEMS.

OUR ONLINE PURCHASE POLICY LASTS 7 DAYS. IF 7 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE WAS DELIVERED, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
