Integral Yoga Teacher Training – Beginning August 29th!

H.H. Sri Swami Jyotirmayananda teaches that each of us has the potential to become guru—to become awakened in a progressive manner, and to radiate Divine Light to awaken others. Integral Yoga Center’s 200-Hour Teacher Training is designed to support you in doing just that!

This seven-weekend course—Saturdays and Sundays, prepares you to teach inspiring Yoga classes and offers an intensive immersion into Integral Yoga: the harmonious synthesis of Karma, Bhakti, Dhyana, and Jnana Yogas—the paths of selfless action, devotion, meditation, and spiritual wisdom. These four great Yogas purify and integrate the major dimensions of your personality—action, emotion, will, and reason—allowing you to realize, “you are the architect of your destiny!”

Students will develop a strong foundation in asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath control/expansion), meditation, anatomy, sadhana (spiritual practice), Yoga philosophy, anatomy and the art of teaching. Graduates will possess the knowledge, practical experience, and confidence to lead inspiring Yoga classes while continuing to deepen their own spiritual practice.
