Join us for a new weekly hatha yoga class every Saturday morning, created with our community in mind! This class combines pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (yoga postures), and meditation to help you find balance, strength and inner peace. We believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, which is why we’ve made this class donation-based – pay what you can, or simply come as you are. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, whether you’re financially comfortable or facing challenges, you belong here.
This is more than just a yoga class; it’s our way of giving back and building a supportive community where everyone can experience the benefits of yoga together.No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Come practice with us and be part of something meaningful.
The Royal Path: Raja Yoga Meditation Workshop Series With Chip McLain

This 3-part workshop series offers a structured introduction to Raja Yoga, the classical path of meditation and mental discipline as outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
